Northern District of West Virginia | Harrison County Man Sentenced for Methamphetamine Charge

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA – Timothy Robert Wilson, 38, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 92 months in federal prison for the distribution of five grams or more of methamphetamine.

According to court documents and statements made in court, Wilson was selling methamphetamine in Clarksburg. He has prior convictions for drug trafficking, battery, and domestic battery.

Wilson will serve four years of supervised release following his prison sentence. 

Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Flower prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.

The Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated.

Chief U.S. District Court Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided.
